Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Overview
Websitesca Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides inbound AI voice agent services to small business commercial clients ("Clients"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.
2. Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients
We act strictly as a data processor for our Clients. When an individual calls our Client's phone line, our automated AI software interacts with the caller. During this process, we collect and process:
- Raw audio recordings of the phone call.
- Generated text transcriptions of the conversation.
- Telephony metadata, including the caller's phone number, time, date, and call duration.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure and Sub-Processors
To provide real-time voice synthesis, transcription, and processing, we partner with specialized third-party artificial intelligence and telecommunication infrastructure vendors. All call data, audio streams, and transcripts are routed through secure enterprise-grade servers. Our infrastructure partners maintain industry-standard security safeguards, including encryption protocols and strict access controls.
4. How We Use and Disclose Data
We use call data solely to execute the inbound voice service for our Clients and to populate their private customer dashboards.
We do not sell, lease, or rent customer call logs, phone numbers, or text transcripts to third parties.
We do not use our Clients' custom call data or transcripts to train public, open-source AI models.
5. Data Security and Location
All data is encrypted both while traveling over the network and while sitting at rest on our databases. Data may temporarily route through or be stored on secure cloud servers managed by our infrastructure partners.
6. Contact and Privacy Requests
Under PIPEDA, individuals have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information. Because we are a service provider, callers looking to access or delete their call logs must contact our Client directly. For corporate privacy inquiries, contact our Privacy Lead at your registered Websitesca Inc. email address.
